DELIVERY INFO:

hark. prides itself on being eco-friendly in it's day-to-day running of the business. With that in mind we do not offer next day delivery as this process leads to more delivery vehicles on the roads carrying less items than a delivery which has had time to fill its load, at present this process has a negative impact on the planet. You can expect delivery to be in the region of 3-5 days. We will always strive to get your order to you as soon as possible within the limits of our eco principles. 

ORDERING OUTSIDE OF THE EU:

At present we only offer automatic ordering to one state outside of the EU, that is the UK. As we are now living in the times of Brexit, your order may be subjected to local customs and taxes upon the landing in the United Kingdom. These are the customers responsibilities, you will be advised by the courier as to the charges and how to process them, all of which is outside the control of our business. 

RETURNS POLICY:

We can offer a refund or exchange on any unwanted items as long as it is return in saleable quality within our 30 day returns policy. All returned items must be in it's original packaging. 

Please be aware we cannot reimburse postage costs of the initial order or postal costs for returning an item.

Damaged or faulty goods. If you receive a damaged or faulty product please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation.  

Before returning goods please notify us of your intent and include your order number in the heading of the email. Proof of return must be provided also.
